Update 11:10 - We are 95% done with the restores.

Update 08:13 - We have restored and merged +-75% of all accounts on this server.

Update 05:55 - The restore and merging of live data is still ongoing. Around 60% of accounts have been successfully restored and merged and are now back online.

Update 04:00 - The restore and merging of live data is still ongoing. Some accounts are already restored and active and we are working to get everything restored ASAP.

Update 02:30 - We are currently restoring accounts from backups and merging them with the latest live data. Services will come back online progressively as each account is restored.

Update 23:55 - Unfortunately, some of the configuration files were corrupted when the server crashed. We are currently provisioning a new server and will restore all accounts from backups as soon as it is ready. We sincerely apologise for the extended outage and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue.

Update 21:37 - We are having difficulty getting the services back online after the restore. We are currently liaising with Directadmin to assist.

Update 20:10 - The main restore is complete. We are currently rebuilding the web stack and configuring missing services. Once this is finished, all websites and services will be brought back online.

Update 17:50 - Our engineers are attempting a restore of the last working server state. This is taking a significant amount of time due to the size of the disks. All customer data is safe.
